Tieman MCU’s are designed to simplify multiple dock equipment controls and improve safety by better controlling and sequencing the dock equipment functions.
Where applicable, each MCU panel includes controls for the dock leveller, the traffic lights, the dock lights, roller doors, inflatable shelters as well as the master isolator switch.
Through programming within the MCU and the electrical interlocking of certain dock products, the sequenced operation at each dock location can be controlled to maximize safety during loading / unloading operations.
MCU’s also reduce electrical costs by requiring only one power drop to each dock location.
