New Mobile Service wireless hand held computers

We at Tieman Industries are pleased to announce that from the 20th March 2006 we will be rolling out a true mobile service solution.
All Service Technicians across Australia will be equipped with hand held computers.
This will allow office staff to send calls directly to the field service technician thus reducing response time on all calls.
From the hand held computer, the field service technician will be able to see all relevant call details as well as a history on previously completed calls.
Turn around times for customer response will be quicker and more efficient.
All service vans have also been fitted with GPS tracking devices.
This enables office staff to pinpoint the location of service vans and thereby provide the customer with a more accurate estimation of the time that the service technician will be in attendance.
This latest technology offers many benefits to our service customers including the following:
