The Whiting C4 Lite is a lightweight yet robust dry freight shutter door, offering a quiet and smooth operation with many benefits.

Bolt on roller retainers for easy change of rollers to minimise downtime and maintenance costs

One man can easily assemble/disassemble panels using clip together continuous hinge design

Independent twin stainless steel cables fitted to every shutter door (Lloyds certified)

Twin spring balancer provides added reliability and independent lifting capabilities for each individual cable

Nominal 50mm diameter nylon rollers provides a
quieter operation and longer life (twice the life of a 25mm diameter roller) -
Approximately 15% lighter than similar aluminium continuous hinge wooden doors

Extruded 18mm thick aluminium panels with a centrally located reinforcement rib - 18mm thick for maximum strength and resistance to internal impact
