The Whiting Tempguard 40 is an insulated chiller door with proven reliability and a robust design. It provides customers with one of the fi nest shutter doors for trucks and trailers, even in the harshest of environments.
Features:
- All steel hardware and hinges are e-coated finished
- Bolt on roller retainers for easy change of rollers to minimise downtime and maintenance costs
- Independent twin stainless steel cables fitted to every shutter door (Lloyds certified)
- The twin springs provides added reliability and independent lifting capabilities for each individual cable
- Nominal 50mm diameter nylon rollers provides a quieter operation and longer life (twice the life of a 25mm diameter roller)
- Shutter panels are insulated with polyurethane (CFC) free foam
- Spring loaded lock catch provides consistent lock tension and maximum security
- Effective long-life and durable side, top and bottom seals
- Track fixing holes pre-punched
- No thru-metal rivets to conduct heat
- 40mm thick one piece fibreglass panels with reinforcement ribs will not delaminate, corrode or rot
- Pre-painted baked-on aluminium outer face in white RAL 9010 finish will last as long as the sides of your truck body
- Ultra smooth surface, perfect for your decal or painted logo
