Model: Tempsaver 50 Safeguard
The Whiting TS 50 Safeguard is an insulated freezer door with "fingerguard" safety. Infinitely robust in design and reliable, it provides customers with one of the finest shutter doors for trucks and trailers, even in the harshest of environments.
Features:
- Incorporating ‘fingerguard' safety feature to help prevent fingers being placed between the panels when closing
- All stainless steel hardware and hinges
- Bolt on roller retainers for easy change of rollers to minimise downtime and maintenance costs
- The enclosed twin spring balancer helps reduce load contamination from rotating torsion springs
- Independent twin stainless steel cables fi tted to every shutter door (Lloyds certifi cated)
- The twin springs provides added reliability and independent lifting capabilities for each individual cable
- Large 50mm diameter sealed steel rollers with stainless steel shafts and noise reducing system provide extra strength and longer life (twice the life of a 25mm diameter roller)
- Shutter panels are insulated with polyurethane (CFC) free foam
- 50mm thick extruded aluminium shutter panels with 178mm reinforcement ribs inside and out provide a tough long life
- Spring loaded lock catch provides consistent lock tension and maximum security
- Effective long-life and durable side, top and bottom seals
- Track fixing holes pre-punched
- Extruded aluminium panels are polyester powder coated white RAL 9010 on the inside and outside as standard
