- Extruded continuous aluminium hinge configuration has been tested beyond 90,000 cycles, equal to 10 years life in normal operation
- Bolt on roller retainers minimise downtime and maintenance costs
- One man can easily assemble/ disassemble panels using clip together continuous hinge design
- Independent twin stainless steel cables fitted to every shutter door (Lloyds certified)
- Twin spring balancer provides added reliability and independent lifting capabilities for each individual cable
- Nominal 50mm diameter nylon rollers provides a quieter operation and longer life (twice the life of a 25mm diameter roller)
- Only the finest exterior grade WBP plywood (Weather and Boil Proof) is used in the construction of Whiting dry freight panels
- Spring loaded lock catch provides consistent lock tension and maximum security
- Durometer long-life and durable side, top and bottom seals
- Adjustable top closure bracket for easy installation and better top sealing
- Track fixing holes pre-punched
